At Innova we pride ourselves on our modern and flexible approach to machining. We have invested and continue to invest in versatile high performance machining centres and programming software enabling us to reduce set up and cycle times.

3D CAD/ CAM for engineering parts and assemblies

Multiple seats of CAD/CAM on the shop floor allow programming to be carried out offline by machinists. Files are then downloaded to the appropriate machine.

 CNC Milling

Eleven CNC Machining Centres including 3, 4 and 5 Axis Control options for multi-sided machining accommodating even the most complex of designs. The latest Mikron 450U 5 Axis machine uses a 115 stage robotically controlled pallet changer allowing one component to be automatically exchanged for another providing a non-stop machining solution. Reducing costs for production runs and lead time times for our customers.

CNC Turning

C axis control with driven tooling reduces the number of operations, decreasing machining times, and decreasing cost.

Inspection of manufactured parts

Attention to detail is paramount – our quality control program ensures that checks are made throughout the manufacturing process as well as at final inspection, utilising our fully calibrated Co-ordinate Measuring machine for accuracy.
